Kelly Sinclair, Partner
Kelly’s career focus has been identifying and executing concept-driven real estate projects in pioneering markets. Before founding Brick House, Kelly was head of acquisitions and development for Ace Hotel Group where she led site selection, concept development and deal structuring. Previously, Kelly was at The Kor Group, where she closed on $500 million of commercial, residential and hospitality transactions. At Kor, Kelly oversaw property operations, positioning strategy and asset management. Prior to that, Kelly worked as an investment analyst at CIM Group, a real estate private equity firm with a focus on urban infill assembly and development. Kelly received a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University, School of Hotel Administration.
Jinny Yoo, Partner
Prior to joining Brick House, Jinny spent over a decade at Sydell Group, a New York based owner, developer and manager of lifestyle-oriented hotels, where she closed on the acquisition and financing of over $1 billion of hotel real estate for Sydell’s portfolio of brands including NoMad, LINE and Freehand. In addition to her real estate transaction experience, Jinny also oversaw strategic corporate initiatives for the operating company including capital raises and brand dispositions. Prior to Sydell, Jinny was an analyst at CIM Group in both Investments and Fundraising & Investor Relations. Jinny received a Bachelor of Science degree and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
